On November 14, 2009, in Hanoi, the Anpha Petroleum Group held the grand opening of the Gia Dinh LPG bottling Filling Plant, marking its official operation. This plant is equipped with one of the most modern and safest automatic LPG filling systems in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Scale and Investment of the Gia Dinh LPG bottling Filling Plant

The Gia Dinh LPG bottling Plant spans over 7,000 m² and has a total investment of nearly 40 billion VND. The plant, developed by Gia Dinh Gas Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Anpha Petroleum Group, is located in the Ninh Hiep Industrial Zone, Gia Lam District, Hanoi. It is one of the largest and most advanced gas filling plants in Vietnam.

Fully Automated LPG Filling System

The plant is equipped with a fully automated LPG filling line designed for high-capacity output, with built-in safety features for labor protection and fire prevention. The large workshop at the facility is equipped with technology to ensure safety, inspect gas cylinders, and refurbish them. This enables the company to ensure product quality and safety before distribution to the market.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure

Plant Area and Structure

The Gia Dinh LPG Filling Plant is built on a 7,000 m² site, which includes essential infrastructure such as storage tanks, filling workshops, maintenance workshops, LPG cylinder storage yards, truck weighbridges, and vehicle parking areas.

Capacity and Filling System

With a capacity of 4,000 tons per month, the plant's automated filling line consists of 12 filling heads, supported by a conveyor chain system for efficient transport of LPG cylinders. Additionally, the plant has a workshop for painting and re-inspecting LPG cylinders, equipped with an automatic painting system and modern testing devices.

Contributions of the Gia Dinh LPG Filling Plant

The establishment of the Gia Dinh LPG Filling Plant has significantly contributed to the market by producing high-quality and safe gas cylinders, meeting consumer demands. The plant's operations have also helped reduce LPG cylinder explosion incidents, benefiting the community. Currently, Gia Dinh Gas holds 40% of the market share in Hanoi, solidifying its leading position in the LPG industry.
