■ PEEK sheet 

PEEK sheet has the highest level of thermal resistance within the thermoplastic resin, with excellent flame resistance and excellent strength under high heat.
Two types of non-filled type PEEK4000 and PEEK4110 with further improved sliding abrasion resistance are available.
 

■ Features

There are no other sheet materials that can be replaced for the punched parts such as sliding washers and motor bearings that require sliding abrasion resistance, toughness, and strength in high temperature.

• Excellent thermal resistance. (HDT 260°C/1.82 MPa)
• Excellent abrasion resistance. (limit PV value 350 kg/cm2»m/min)

Washer, bearing

• It is used as the washer with repeated load applied since it has excellent fatigue resistance.

• Excellent attenuation characteristicsand output chararteristics, and not as much chronological change.
