TPS-PPS SHEET 2000

■ PPS sheet

PPS 2000 is using the high purity PPS resin (unfilled) that is time-proven for the semiconductor applications. It is a super engineering sheet of crystalline resin with very high thermal resistance, and excellent mechanical strength, stiffness, flame resistance, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability.

■ Features

• Good resistance to most acid and alkaline except concen¬trated nitric acid, and there is no solvent that can dissolve under 200°C

• High strength and stiffness is realized in wide range of temperature.

• Excellent dimensional stability.

• Excellent thermal resistance. (Continuous use temperature of 220°C)

■ Usage example 

 ♦Agitator for OA

Used as propeller material to agitate the toner in the OA cartridge that is used under high temperature.

♦ Film capacitor

With its thermal resistance, low water absorption, and hydrolysis resistance, it is used asthe dielectric material of the film capacitor and variable capacitor.

♦Insulator for battery

With its excellent insulation, thermal resistance, and chemical resistance, it is used as the insulator for the motor and battery.

♦Adhersive tape

Used as adhersive reinforcing tape for OA equiqment
