CC600 Conveyor Sprocket

Our sprockets can be cast or manufactured according to your specifications.

The shaft holes are drilled to tolerance H9, BS 4500 Part 1 (ISO R286).

The keyways, cone bushings for easy removal, and parallel keyways conform to the BS 4235 Part 1, 1972 standard (based on ISO/R773 & R774).

The sprocket discs and keyways are paired along the centerline of the tooth groove, with the deep end of the keyway aligned with the tooth groove.

Single locating screws are positioned along the keyway, while any second locating screws are placed at a 90-degree angle to the first locating screw.

Our sprockets are manufactured using casting technology specifically for the CC600 chain.
